Our mission goes beyond the scoreboard-we're here to help every girl dominate her goals, her growth, and her greatness. To Empower young ladies through the power of flag football and holistic enrichment, cultivating self-love, leadership, and legacy through sports, sisterhood, and mental wealth. Led by professionals, our team focus is on building both mental wealth and physical well-being. We build champions-on the field and in life.
Purpose Statement
Domin8HER exists to redefine what it means to be "strong". By blending athletic excellence with emotional intelligence, confidence, and character, we create space for girls to grow without limits.
To Domin8 isn't about beating the next girl.....it's about becoming the best version of herself. Whether it's mastering a skill, being a better teammate, or showing up with confidence in life, she will learn to lead with love and purpose because she is powHERful.

Domin8HER Girs Flag Football is gearing up for a fresh season, and we're looking for passionate athletes ready to compete, grow, and have fun. Whether you're experienced or just getting started, there's a place for you on our team.
Practices will be held in the Gwinnett County area, with access to an indoor facility so we can train in any weather. Join us and be part of a supportive, high-energy team where you'll build skills, confidence, and life-long friendships. Let's be GR8 and Domin8 - TOGETHER!
Financial Literacy Programs
Empower yourself with skills to manage finances, investments, and future opportunities because more than half of teens say they feel unprepared to finance their futures according to research from the Junior Achievement USA, and these numbers are lower in underserved communities where at risk youth tend to focus more on sports and entertainment than understanding how money works (financial literacy).
The program aims to foster an empowering environment for female athletes by integrating the transformative power of sports, mental and physical well being, including healthy eating habits, exploring higher education by visiting colleges and universities, and exploring the topic of entrepreneurship. The goal is for athletes to end each season with the keys to a prosperous future.
Holistic Approach To Wellness
Empowering the Whole Athlete: Our enrichment sessions are led by experienced and academically trained professionals, designed to nurture both mental wealth and physical well-being. Our team believes in a HEALTHY and holistic approach to development - helping every young lady grow stronger, more confident, and resilient on and off the field because she is absolutley HER!
