Domin8HER and You’re Perfectly Imperfect Foundation share a vision: empowering youth — especially girls — to grow into confident, self-aware, and purpose-driven leaders, both on and off the field.

• Domin8HER is registered youth for-profit organization providing high-quality flag football training, camps, and enrichment programs for girls.
• You’re Perfectly Imperfect is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit affiliate dedicated to creating supportive environments where youth can embrace their strengths, learn life skills, and grow into the best version of themselves.

While the nonprofit and for-profit arms operate independently, they work together to provide holistic opportunities for youth development, athletic growth, and leadership.

We provide:

Flag football training and athletic development

Holistic enrichment focused on self-love, leadership, and legacy

Programs led by professionals emphasizing both mental wealth and physical well-being

Domin8HER represents not just athletic skill, but a bold effort to ensure equity, representation, and opportunity for girls in sports across Georgia and beyond, especially as flag football grows toward the Olympics.

You’re Perfectly Imperfect

You’re Perfectly Imperfect is committed to creating an empowering environment where youth can grow into their fullest potential. We help them understand the importance of discipline, drive, and emotional wellness, while providing financial literacy foundations, resources/tools, and support they need to embrace their perfectly imperfect identity.

Our programs prioritize:

• Social responsibility
• Financial literacy (budgeting, saving, investing)
• Mental wellbeing (mindfulness, emotional intelligence, self-worth)

We lead the You’re Perfectly Imperfect Coalition, a movement raising awareness around self-love and mental wealh.

Together, You’re Perfectly Imperfect and Domin8HER are building a generation of strong, self-aware, and purpose-driven young leaders. Our goal is to create opportunities that combine athletic, personal, and mental growth, fostering confidence, leadership, and resilience on and off the field.
